15 years working in the media industry has taught me a lot of things. How to handle clients, how to successfully plan media activities and handle complex requests, how to produce great reporting and studies, how to manage a team... But above all, it taught me the Human is at the heart of everything we do. Don't get me wrong, data, technology and AI agents are key but still need a person to create value. Companies constantly have to adapt, brands ought to change, new trends are created and some business models disappear. It led me to believe that what comes first is the quality of people you work with and a project that drives us all towards the same direction as a team.
